Our Approach to Language

Hermanor currently operates primarily in English. We recognise our obligations under the Charter of the French Language and Bill 96 to Quebec consumers and are working to expand our French-language offering. This page transparently discloses the current scope of our French support.

Under Charter §52, websites commerciaux serving Quebec consumers must offer French content of at least equivalent prominence to any other language.

What is Currently Available in French

Our website is currently English-only. We do not yet provide French-language versions of product pages, checkout, or legal documents.

If You Shop From Quebec

As a Quebec resident, you have the right to interact with us in French for contract formation, legal notices, and consumer disclosures.

You may request any document or interaction in French by contacting heermanor@outlook.com.

We will not treat a request to be served in French as unusual or require you to waive your language rights.

Available French Documents

While our standard policies are currently in English, we will provide a French translation of any specific document upon request to heermanor@outlook.com.

Customer Service in French

Currently, our customer service team responds primarily in English. We will make best efforts to respond in French upon request, with potentially extended response times for translation. We are working to staff dedicated French-language support.

Consent and Privacy Notices (Quebec Law 25)

Privacy notices, data-collection disclosures, and consent requests for Quebec residents may be provided in French where required by Loi 25.

Our Privacy Policy identifies the Privacy Officer (PRPI), whose contact details are available in French upon request.
