We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. Please note that images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations may occur.

Placing an Order

To place an order, browse our products, add your selections to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending a dispatch confirmation. Until acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Hermanor is not currently registered for GST/HST and does not add or collect federal sales tax. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

For details on our delivery process, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Processing times and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Under the Loi sur la protection du consommateur du Québec (LPC) art 17.2, where no delivery date is specified, delivery must occur within a reasonable time.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

We offer a voluntary 15-day cancellation period, which is more generous than the statutory minimum. Provincial consumer protection legislation may provide additional cancellation rights. In Quebec, under LPC art 54.1-54.16, you have a right to cancel within 7 days from receipt of the contract or merchandise. To cancel, please email us at heermanor@outlook.com. For more details, see our Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights Policy.

Returns and Refunds

For a comprehensive overview of our returns and refunds process, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights Policy. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.

Defective Goods

Under the Code Civil du Québec art 1726-1733 (latent defects warranty) and Loi sur la protection du consommateur art 38 (fitness for use warranty), goods are subject to implied warranties of quality that cannot be excluded by contract. If you receive defective goods, you have the right to return, repair, replacement, or refund.

Our Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Under CCQ art 1474, exclusion clauses for gross faults are limited. Other liabilities are subject to reasonable limitations.

Marketing and Communications

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23). Marketing emails require your express consent. Each commercial electronic message identifies us by legal name and postal address and includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism processed within 10 business days (CASL §9). Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked. For more information, see our Marketing & Consent page.

Complaints

If you have any complaints, please contact us via email at heermanor@outlook.com. For further details, refer to our Complaint Handling page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it.
