Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights Policy
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
At Hermanor, we offer a voluntary 15-day cancellation period, which is more generous than the provincial minimums. This period begins the day after you receive your delivery. To cancel your order, please contact us at heermanor@outlook.com. No reason is required for cancellation.
Quebec residents may also rely on the Loi sur la protection du consommateur (LPC) art 54.1-54.16 distance contract right, which provides a 7-day cooling-off period from receipt of merchandise or contract, at their option. Provincial consumer protection laws may provide additional cancellation rights.
How to Return Items
To initiate a return, please contact us first at heermanor@outlook.com. Once confirmed, please send your return to the following address:

Returns must be made within 15 days of notifying us. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Keep proof of postage for your records.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Under LPC art 54.13, if you cancel under the Loi sur la protection du consommateur distance-contract right, the merchant is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Deductions may be made if the goods have been diminished beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Code Civil du Québec art 1726-1733 (latent defects warranty) and Loi sur la protection du consommateur art 38 (fitness for use warranty), goods are subject to implied warranties of quality that cannot be excluded by contract. You have the right to return, repair, replacement, or refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please contact us at heermanor@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exclusions
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Personalised or custom items (unless defective)
- Sealed hygiene items that have been opened
None of these exclusions affect your statutory rights for defective goods.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
